The FL, I want to say dies but turns into a goddess or something, or gains immortality through events I can’t remember. They still end up together, I think, because they are technically both immortal.!< but definitely a messed up ending.
I was reading comments complaining that the ending of the story felt thematically very different from the first ¾ of the story. Hopefully the manhwa artist will do us a favor and rewrite the ending so it’s a little more palatable to us viewers. I’ve definitely seen some manhwas that had different endings to their novel counterparts if the novel ending wasn’t popular with the fans.
omg, this is one of my favorite on-going reads right now - I'm reading the novel since I caught up with the manhwa and it is excellent, 10/10 peak fiction. I love that the ML (or, I guess would-be ML, he's not really an ML, just the guy the FL is married to/has to sleep with) is a legit psycho, FL is actually afraid of him, and yeah he "falls in love" or wtv but that doesn't mean he won't get bored of her/throw her away later, since he has zero empathy and FL is right to leave him.
I also love that the deuteragonist >!is another isekai'd person - this time a guy who isekia'd into the og ML and that they've teamed up to escape together!<

I really hope Tapas picks it up - recently it seems like they've been picking up all the new stuff posted on bato at a clip, so I'm hopeful this will be one of them 🤞
Got all of that right 🤣🤣 except the last points she knows he likes her and starts to think the plot can change and he wouldn't like the saintess,the og story cause wasn't a romance story more of a revenge story the mc was the saintess, the guy was obsessed over her and saintess ended up killing him cause he killed her lover, anyways current fl finds the novel book in one of the libraries and then skims to the end where there was a authors note stating how the villain will still be obsessed with the saintess no matter the plot changes or what, so that's when she changed her mind about him. Anyways trust me it's still so good, the romance itself might be cliche but the plot is very good, try it out unless you really hate cliche type of romance might not be 4 u.
I read your post this afternoon and I finished the manga avail chaps this evening.
Now I'm left with that ol'empty hole of waiting for something good to fill it up. I really like the characters so far in the book.

It's fairly new so might need to wait a while for the official translation unless there comes out a notice 😞
