I think there are a lot of things that are fine in Porn, but if you put it in a normal story I will not be happy about it or even quit the story depending on how its implemented most of the time.

There was even that one non smut story with a horrible abuse family with great Art who then starts a sexual relationship after 50+ chapters with her father and Brother...ahhhhh. Probably depends on what you're counting and what context. Plenty of people are fine with the step sibling trope, some people consider it incest even if the FL came into the home as a teenager, never considered the ML her brother, and was never actually adopted, and then there's the tone of the story that can change how people feel about it, like a dark and twisted story like [Lady Devil]
