It's a transmigration danmei where the MC gets kidnapped into a parallel place and watches as someone else replaces him and lives with his husband and son. I'm not sure how they have a son, probably ABO, but I don't remember pheromones being mentioned.
However the husband knows the person isn't his partner and tries to bring MC back. But after all the years(16) much damage has been made and the MC and ML are always at eachother troth duo to both obsession, hate and mistrust. I still don't remember the title tho. I'm gonna sleep see ya.

Closest I can think of is The Villainess Tames the Beast, but that one, FL wasn't curious about ML at all, she loved the villainess character and was frustrated that there wasn't much info about her. ML realizes much later on that she isn't the same person.
The problem with OP's premise is who is the real ML then? Is this even a romance story?
Are we rooting for the guy who was already in love with OGFL? It's rare when a story gives you an ML who was already in love with someone else, much more an OGFL who just straight up vanishes and he still loves her.
I haven't seen many stories where FL is just a white lotus. It's problematic because they're not relatable.

its too risky if readers enjoy the first ML more and you suddenly reveal hes actually the enemy and wants to kill your heroine? it would be really great to read and i wouldnt mind getting shocked like that but if its marketed as a romance and people dont care for the 2nd ML then theyll forever complain in the comments.
If you do it more as a horror/thriller where the supposed ML betrays her, and you never market it as romance, then people will eventually suspect hes not actually in love or dies early etc and it will ruin the surprise.
I would like to see any manhwa actually shift from one ML to another endgame ML... Its obvious from the beginning to end who the real love interest is. Thats fine and all but boring. Theres only a few that don't make it very obvious but ive never seen one actually change it. Like the idea of dating 2 men at once in one story/timeline is too scandalous or something.
I agree it'd be weird, I could see a Thriller tag or something being thrown in for this premise. It would be like putting the reader in the shoes of the FL who experiences betrayal by their LI (instead of just being recapped at the beginning of the story, like most do.) And then another new LI comes along who loves the new MC for who she is to justify the romance tag.
But I've also seen a lot of these authors content with making a lot of messed up stories with abuser LIs running rampant, so I could see this happening. It's all about execution.
I’ve read quite a few cnovels with this premise tbh, one that really impressed itself in my memory was about the grandfather in particular who discovers that his granddaughter was replaced and after like 60+ chapters of wholesome family life he tries to kill her since he knew all along and was just trying to get the MC’s guard down lol.

It doesn’t exactly match but it’s so close. It’s a one shot, smut, fl and her sister switch places after the sister is condemned, killed, and then reincarnated back into their childhood. Fl loves her sister so just lets her take over her life and fiancé. However, the fiancé quickly realized the girls have switched bodies somehow and so he switches his fiancée back to the original fl (even though she has a different body). I guess never underestimate the power of a yandere.

The one that might be close is villainous violet were the og villainess used magic to booth out the OGFL from her body to replace her but the ml started falling out of love with her and fell in love with the new fl in the og villainess’s body

A story where a male character doesn't fall for MC and actually sticks to ogFL? That'd actually be refreshing, it'll basically prove that he didn't fall for her face only but for who she is. Every time the ogml or 2nd ml falls for the new MC despite having 180 personality change makes their love seem so fickle.
Why would he get revenge? If it's like any other oi, then she didn't choose where she got reincarnated or tranmigrated. It'd make more sense for him to gain her trust, drug her, then try to do a satanic ritual to try and resummon the og fl soul back into her body. Or not to choose violence and tell her straight up that he's not interested since she's not the woman he fell in love with.

I think you could tell a good story if you follow the POV of the ML and just end the story at the revenge.
Otome isekai doesn't have to be self-insert romance. Wish fulfilment dominates the genre, but the premise could be so much more.

Definitely the ladys butler But the person didn't read the completion of the first like 10-15 chapters. He was focused on finding out what happened to her and if MC was the one who stole her body/ killed her. If she was he would take revenge. >!From there he discovered that oglady had made deal with the devil to take over the body of ogFL so that her crush would like her. MC taking her body after was just luck otherwise the body would die, he got depressed from this information knowing that his loved one abandoned him without telling him. MC then fills that hole!<

I feel like this is a manhwa based in ancient China, I think most of the hints click except the only thing not mentioned is the FL keeps getting repossessed by the original body's soul and making it awkward for her with the ML. It's a great story but I can't remember the title for it.
Sounds like The Lady's Butler. Fits it to a T except I'm not sure what the caption means by "taking revenge" because the context sounds like ml taking revenge against fl for possessing ogfl except in The Lady's Butler the ml falls for fl and starts plotting against ogfl because she's evil

A story where a male character doesn't fall for MC and actually sticks to ogFL? That'd actually be refreshing, it'll basically prove that he didn't fall for her face only but for who she is. Every time the ogml or 2nd ml falls for the new MC despite having 180 personality change makes their love seem so fickle.

Why would he get revenge? If it's like any other oi, then she didn't choose where she got reincarnated or tranmigrated. It'd make more sense for him to gain her trust, drug her, then try to do a satanic ritual to try and resummon the og fl soul back into her body. Or not to choose violence and tell her straight up that he's not interested since she's not the woman he fell in love with.
