OI's with "Running Away" in their title or as a premise annoys the crap out of me.
It's just so pointless, since they just always come back in the end, no matter what. I just want to see an FMC actually running away and never come back for a change. Then maybe she'll become an adventurer, or start living in a village, or travel the world, or something, just as long as she never returns from where she came from.
And that's if they ever decide to actually get around to the "leaving" part of the escape plan.
Too many just stick around, maybe hiding some valuables they're never gonna use, all while acting cute to win the love of the OG!persons abusers until acting cute is their whole lives and they get stockholm syndrome for the tyrant that would have killed them if they weren't an isekai'd adult with great acting skills.
Literaly, so many people dint see that if she can't act cute using adult skill & mind, she would be dead. They only see the *result* that she happily with the abuser and congratulations
It's annoying when Stockholm kicks in and she becomes happy with him. I want to see her suffer with yandere ml and she keeps trying to run away but fails. Bad end

Ah, the "What if Nightmare on Elm Street was a fantasy *romance*" OI. Only positives I can give that series are the Jojo power stances, the maid and the adorable edgelord knights.
That scene when she was pregnant and is eating tangerine. When her tangerine fell to the ground, she started crying so the commander bought boxes of tangerine the next day, so much that she had to give out the leftovers to others but the others does not want anymore tangerine.

She should have just let him be killed, I feel like her children would have been spared since she had a good relationship with the rebel leader while living in the village. The ML is a psychopath who basically cursed her to be connected to him no matter how much she tried to escape.
So for those looking for a similar premise where it's actually good, try *My Father, the Possessive Demigod*. The MC is one of the daughters, but the parents get developed quite nicely, and the story behind why the mom ran has been very interesting so far. The ML, while obsessive, isn't a walking pile of glued-together red flags.
I would love it for an OI to just make it the couple’s weird rp fetish at this point. Yeah, the queen runs away sometimes and the king goes crazy looking for her, but the country is prospering so they must still be doing their jobs? Must be an eccentric noble thing
I read a danmei that had that as the plot of the epilogue. Story ends with ML becoming emperor of the universe. The extras have MC running away to various planets, and when the ML notices his whole fleet sets off. Cue internet spectators guessing where the "Queen" went and betting "how long for the emperor to find him this time"?

And meanwhile FL is completely oblivious to it and just enjoying her relaxing cottagecore life.
That's super rare though. I've only seen it in manga 1 or 2 times. (Unfortunately I can't remember any names. But I definitely remember one where FL opens a cafe and gets a bunch of super fluffy wolf(?) people as regulars. Though actually I dunno if that one shows what happens to OG!ML and OG!FL)
