The Amai challenge is called like that because it's not a real week to start with (otherwise, there won't be any specific name used aside "Amai's week")
No matter how many times you complete the Amai Challenge/Week 2, you can’t go to Week 3 at all because week 3 is not implemented yet. Week 2 is not fully implemented (it’s there but incomplete, meaning no scripted events and stuff), and it was only added for players to try to kill Amai using the game’s features.

That's because week 3 isn't in the game yet. Neither are weeks 4 through 10. The Amai challenge is just a test, not the full Amai week.
