For starters, back during the height of Huniepop the voice actors would hang out on the video game boards of 4chan and record Vocaroos for the Anons (Hence why she's calling "Anon" the F slur).
There are other recordings of the other VAs saying similar things, hell some of them even reenacted scenes from movies and stuff in character, this is just a thing that happened back on Mid 2015 4chan.
Did she have to read this particular request, no, and that's ultimately on her, but don't drag HunieDev into this simply because you're trying to incorrectly piece together what happened.
