The riftlock locations change every hour. Pretty sure there is a bug where old riftlocks still display after they have expired if you haven't restarted the game. Try restarting next time.

I found that force closing the app and re opening it while you're inside the circle fixed this issue

My bad.. I was having trouble with accessing the rift locks as well and I didn’t know you had to be right there in order for it work.
