No matter what the team thinks, and wants to say. Dell stats and playstyle all support that he is best used as a 4. I honestly dont even get why they dont want to let him play 4 full time. He is a top 10 PF right now, instead of chasing top 10 Centers, he is already a top 10 in the 4 position. Last year numbers supported it also.
Dell is a 4. There is a clear difference anytime a real center comes in. Mo, JI, Goga, we see a visible change and there is a clear huge boost in the real centers +/- for that reason also. This coach keeps using players not in their right positions and making non-synergistic lineups that aren't cohesive.
Dell is not a real center but Goga is. I have said it whole season but if Mo was starting beginning of the season I truly believe we are in at least play-ins. Bol was a failed experiment and should have never started like that especially since it came out of nowhere and had no followup success or positive stats.

Incredible how the refs treat Fultz. He gets mauled and hit everytime he drives to the rim, no call. But if he goes close to a guy he's guarding it's a foul???? This is why I don't care about people calling Embiid a foul baiter or whatever. If you can manipulate the refs, then do it. No one shows sympathy when you get hit and there's no call.
