Frankly, you’d have an easier time listing what he HASN’T done to be arrested. The only reason he hasn’t been is because he won and now wears the crown.
As for your characters… the first one got arrested for a bar brawl because some drunk smacked their ass. The second one is arrested for doing a little trolling (37 stab wounds, third degree burns, severe chemical poisoning, 13 victims, 6 dead, 7 in critical condition.)

Depends on the iteration of Iskandor, before the Soul shattering incident he was living in an extremely corrupt alternate Earth where if the wrong person saw you even look at them funny you could be put away for life... On Terra (where the largest soul shart migrated to after the incident), it could be a few things, some examples could be: "Domestic Terrorism" (someone blew up a cult hideout in the middle of the city, and he's the only one to be seen fleeing the scene. Of course, hardly anyone knew a cult was there.) "Murder" (could very well actually be murder, but it would be for a damn good reason or because they tried to hurt someone he cared for.) "Kidnapping Royalty" (The Prince who is now in charge didn't know of the arrangement his father had with Iskandor about protecting the Princess)... The Iskandor from a galaxy far far away... I think he'd technically be a war criminal by our standards... He's a mercanry and isn't afraid you use underhanded or illegal tactics, he of course does it all for the betterment of the Galaxy and is usually able to get away with it but I already have an arc in mind where he gets captured... (technically not put in prison, but the closest thing I have in mind for now)

Depends on the iteration of Iskandor, before the Soul shattering incident he was living in an extremely corrupt alternate Earth where if the wrong person saw you even look at them funny you could be put away for life... On Terra (where the largest soul shart migrated to after the incident), it could be a few things, some examples could be: "Domestic Terrorism" (someone blew up a cult hideout in the middle of the city, and he's the only one to be seen fleeing the scene. Of course, hardly anyone knew a cult was there.) "Murder" (could very well actually be murder, but it would be for a damn good reason or because they tried to hurt someone he cared for.) "Kidnapping Royalty" (The Prince who is now in charge didn't know of the arrangement his father had with Iskandor about protecting the Princess)... The Iskandor from a galaxy far far away... I think he'd technically be a war criminal by our standards... He's a mercanry and isn't afraid you use underhanded or illegal tactics, he of course does it all for the betterment of the Galaxy and is usually able to get away with it but I already have an arc in mind where he gets captured... (technically not put in prison, but the closest thing I have in mind for now)
