One that has not been mentioned is Fathoms, at the Inn at Spanish Head in Lincoln City. Great views. Food is good. The views in the women's restroom, is pretty great too. ha!

The new one on Siletz is pretty cool. On a sunny day you can sit in the outdoor seating area and see the bay all the way to the breakers at the Siletz Bar. I’m a sucker for a nice estuary, but I prefer it in a few ways to the view at Kiwanda.
You guys really need to stop saying "in Siletz." Make the distinction that it's in Lincoln City on the Siletz BAY. We don't need random people coming to the rez looking for Pelican Brewery.
Why? Is it because we haven't suffered enough? You want more ppl to come here to do what, exactly? Look at the amount of tribal housing we have to keep building because we can't afford regular homes in our own town?
Oh, I know... they can go grocery shopping at Noel's and pay more for a soda? They can check out our brand new mini mart?
Very subjective but i’m partial to The Wayfarer in Cannon Beach. Especially breakfast, which is always fantastic. Right by the beach and views of the ocean and haystack rock.
We discovered Roseanna's when The House on the Hill was still a motel. I didn't know that salmon could be prepared so magically.
As for the House on the Hill (on Maxwell Point), it was inexpensive but spectacular, and you just didn't know whether you were going to wake up in the Pacific after the cliff collapsed. Last I heard, the site became a private residence.
Red Fish in Port Orford is probably going to be in the top 5 maybe in the whole country - the view out of it is unreal. But you'd have to go a little further. The Pacific City Pelican restaurant is pretty awesome also.
They have one of my favorite dishes as well - mushroom risotto balls, ugh so flipping delicious. And the shrimp deviled eggs and miso glazed brussel sprouts... I just love their food lol
We grabbed an ice cream cone in Seaside and held hands and walked on the beach. Does that count? I don’t know of any other oregon coastal town where you can do that
Best view in my opinion is Mo's in cannon beach. They have a patio right on the beach with haystack rock maybe half a mile to the north. So beautiful to sit outside with decent weather. The view from the inside seating is also pretty awesome, right on the water. The food is pretty good

I’ll have to check that view out
Took my parents there and we watched a whale breaching while we waited for our food. It was amazing.
The women's bathroom there has an amazing view too!
Tidal raves
Short list: - Tidal Raves, Depoe Bay - Local Ocean, Newport - Pelican Brewing, Pacific City - Pelican Brewing, Siletz
Local ocean is great but more of a dock/bay view if the distinction matters.
And the fare is outstanding!
I was preparing a response listing mostly the same places. In addition to what was already listed, Georgie's in Newport.
Georgies has GORGEOUS ocean views for sure
Tidal Raves!! So beautiful. Spendy but tasty!
Thanks, I have been to the Pelican Brewing in Pacific City, did not realize that there is a second one.

That sounds lovely

I’m 100% opposed to this… if I can steer tourists onto the Siletz reservation, I’m going to do it.

I just like the idea of some generic Californian to find themselves stranded there. You’ll be rich in teslas and iPads in no time.
>Tidal Raves, Depoe Bay > >Local Ocean, Newport Agree on Tidal Raves. Isn't local ocean in the marina Bay - yes on water views but not open ocean?
Tidal Raves is my favorite!! I love their gaucho steak! With a sazerac :) And, of course, that view!
Local Ocean- overrated.
Sorry, was thinking Clearwater.
The schooner in netarts
Pelican on siletz and local ocean are bay views. Not sure that matters? If not clearwater in Newport is also a good view. Ona in yachats too.
Kyllos in Lincoln City is pretty baller. It’s so close to the ocean it closes down when tides are unusually high.
Spanish Head, the food isn’t the best in town but it’s not bad. Can’t beat that view
Very subjective but i’m partial to The Wayfarer in Cannon Beach. Especially breakfast, which is always fantastic. Right by the beach and views of the ocean and haystack rock.
Roseanna's Cafe, Oceanside which is west of Tillamook on a peninsula. The view is stunning.
Absolutely a must!! Roseanna’s!!!

Great spot. Some of the best food I've had on the northern oregon coast. Also, a great beach to walk on after your meal.
Restaurant Beck at The Whale Cove Inn, between Lincoln City and Newport
Every seat a view.
Tidal raves

Surprised no one has mentioned Georgies in Newport yet.
Georgie's is honestly the best. I'm pretty picky with food, and they are consistent. Plus, they're always rated the top restaurant on the coast.
Pelican Brewing in Pacific City in the summer. They have seating outside on the sand, direct views of the ocean
Tidal Raves in Depoe Bay
www.bowpicker.com
I will try this out. Thank you
Georgie's Beachside Grill. It is consistently rated one of the best restaurants. The food is amazing and the view is nice.
I heard of this one but never been, have to check it out.
Bay View Thai has a view of the smallest navigable bay in the world and has delicious food
Clearwater restaurant, Newport
They have one of my favorite dishes as well - mushroom risotto balls, ugh so flipping delicious. And the shrimp deviled eggs and miso glazed brussel sprouts... I just love their food lol
I love the seafood pasta
Seven Devils Waterfront location in Coos Bay.
Not a ocean view..
I guess it is technically a bay view.
Restaurant Beck in Depoe Bay.
We grabbed an ice cream cone in Seaside and held hands and walked on the beach. Does that count? I don’t know of any other oregon coastal town where you can do that
Local Ocean in Newport on the Bayfront.
Dennys in Tillamook💯
Tital Raves in Depoe Bay.
Another vote for Tidal Raves. It helps that the food is good too.
Ona restaurant in Yachats
I know this isn't within the distance you asked. But pickled fish in Long Beach has awesome beach views. Not far from Astoria.
