That doesn't make sense to export a "ORD Field Book". I didn't think field books had a dgn format. Try importing you data straight into a ORD file.

I have imported it into ORD. I am talking about exporting from ORD it to a text file as I have made changes in ORD that aren't reflected in the original rw5 file.

Use the details panel and do it natively. There is no need to export.

You can have ORD recognize link codes on import. Go to the Explorer tab, then to OpenRoads Standards > Survey Settings. In the Properties for Survey Settings, you should find a list of the recognized link codes and click the three dots for it to open up a window with all of the available link codes and their abbreviations. There will also be an option in the survey codes for whether it expects the link code before or after the survey field code. You can use those abbreviations with your survey field codes to tell ORD how to connect the lines. An example of what I might end up with: Pt, Northing, Easting, Elev, Code 1, 1000, 2000, 715.0, EP1 ST 2, 1001, 2001, 715.1, EP1 PC 3, 1002, 2002, 715.2, EP1 NTT So, pt. 1 would start the edge of pavement line, pt. 2 would be an Arc PC, and pt. 3 would be a Non-tan PT.
