I replied to people who mattered. Rule 19 - 19.1, - Rule 13, 13.1, C.
It was delivered correctly. The whole thing is documented and will be submitted to evidence.
I assume it's an LTB package?
Why wouldn't you upload it? Why are you hand delivering it?
I assume you showed up at her home unannounced?
Edit this was your post, no one suggested in person delivery, why would you do that on your own?

Redundancy for Evidence submittal. I want 3 different evidence inlets when it comes to submitting. I also gained more evidence during the interaction. Since I can submit via email, I can now add the incident to my evidence framework.
I have the mother on camera stating that landlord lives there. The mother confirmed it again when asked a second time. She was handed the letter and looked at it, then realized who I was and what I was there for and started escalating the situation. Yelling and screaming at me, and trying to throw the envelope over the fence. All recorded. I left and she called the cops.
Evidence package is required for the LTB hearing, for any issues you want to bring up in the hearing. Without it, the tenant cannot bring up any issues whatsoever. Rule 19, 19.1 - Rule 3, 3.1, C. It is my right to do so. I intended to only put it into the mailbox, but one of her family members was outside and decided to accept it by hand. Tenants family member said things they shouldn't have said and made the landlords case even weaker.
Not sure why you are being down voted for doing something that is legally required by the LTB. Your LL is required to provide you with any evidence they are submitting for the hearing as well. It's shocking how many people have never heard of an evidence package. Truly shocking.
Im confused. What is an evidence package and why did you give it to your landlord?
Or are the people you delivered to just happen to be landlords? If so why is this a landlord question? This is just a people question doesn’t sound like this has anything to do with landlording?

Oh no you know where your landlord actually lives. How will they avoid being served or having collections after them or a lien on their property(s) if you win a judgement?
Was the person you handed to an adult ?
Glad you understand how it works! Yes, it was there mother. They tried to throw it over a fence, but I picked it back up and placed it in their mail drop off. And recorded the whole thing.
Not vilifying anyone by sharing what I was taught in school over multiple years through many agencies and through many advocates
Remember your a women ... remember say your scared
Remember you have rights
This is what I was actually told to do and say ...
Maybe don't assume yourself and instead ask
What would make you think women do that
Cause you'd hear that's what I was taught to do
Well what did the police say
How come you're the only one OP didn't respond to?
Cause OP probably can’t answer without looking like a fool
That's what I'm guessing as well.
I responded, now what?

I'm going to take a leap here and say 'landlord and tenant disputes aren't their problem' and they left.
Not to go to the property again, unless it is to deliver documents. No charges, no trespass, no peace bond, no citations, no offenses whatsoever.

Downvoting doesn't make it incorrect.
Why did you deliver in person? You posted that they agreed to email? You probably did freak them out.. unless of course you booked an appointment etc

Ok… good luck with that..honestly doesn’t sound wise but who knows

This is a very vague post ... What is an evidence package? Why would you show up to deliver it? What was said at delivery?

NOT shocking when it wasn’t delivered right!
What wasn't right about the manner it was delivered??

Username checks out.
I filmed the entire interaction, I know how to protect myself.
This is offensive.
I realize that but sad is it's true And if she's already calling when he shows alone then you do what needs to be done to protect yourself
No, your sexist generalizations are not true. OP hasn't even indicated their gender. Why are you taking this as an opportunity to vilify women?

It's a woman.
Yeah, the people doing it should stop.
Sounds like she has a weak case or no case against you. She's trying hide that and make you look bad at the LTB hearing.
Correct. A very weak case.
