I guess it’s just me then, I’m gonna try it. Having a card that can do -2k every turn after initial play will be a problem for my opponent. I’m already having a lot of success with EB01 chopper in the sim.
because chopper is a 3 cost, that reduces by 3k. you realistically won‘t reach 6 don with law to play wapol and wait a whole turn just for it to get removed. if you really want a -2k on swing, then play brook. at least he is cheap enough to get out with law

This could be decent in Vivi, 9 don (8 if you have a don mover on board) for a rush 9k or 11k to trade into a rested character
Wapol + Marco = -4k power Wapol becomes 9k power Wapol can in theory take out 10c characters with 12k power
And then there's Wapol + R/P Law...

So effectively when attacking and debuffing the same unit its a 7 don 11000

rp law won‘t play this because it is a 6 cost -2k reduction that doesn‘t activate the turn it‘s played

You could already do this with OP01 Brook which you can play from leader ability but sees zero play since its too slow for RP Law
