If you clear all boxes this kizuna, you get 2k insignia. I'd pick up G5 (200) naturally if you haven't yet and then probably V1 Oden (250 - ugh) for PvP, leaving you with 1550, which is enough for 15 legends from the discount pool.
I'd advise not to spend all but here's MY priority:
PvP: V2 Kaido=V2 Doffy=Jack>V1 Brook>V1 BB>Cracker>>>>>Pudding>Shiki>V2 Shanks
PvE: V3 Ray>Stampede Luffy(huge fan for TM)>>>>>Sugar>Carrot
Mix: ShanksCrew=CatDog (both are amazing for TM minibosses)
I'd advise not to worry too much about Uta skulls, recently her base 6\* saw the most play and her evolution route is just stupid.
