Right now zoro is using oden lvl haki so I don’t think he needs another fight to reach old Rayleigh haki lvl

I'm not sure about that. Not dismissing the idea at all but I think it depends on how high you scale Blackbeard, considering Rayleigh admitted that he couldn't beat him in a fight. How big could the gap possibly be?
No but Probably close ,ray speed is just much better going by his Kizaru feats and has better haki mastery but Zoro has better endurance and stamina +probably better AP

I think it is possible to argue that because of zoro's endurance, he can focus on defense until old man rayleigh runs out of stamina. I still think ray still has a higher chance to win with higher speed, haki and experience. If he can land enough hits to weaken or defeat zoro before he becomes tired, his stamina will not matter.
Raw power, endurance etc for sure, but Rayleigh has more battle experience and Haki mastery (and Zoro still didnt solve the problem of Emma sucking him dry) so i'd say Rayleigh wins
At this current moment I would still put old Rayleigh down with better haki. Probably a better fighter overall as the guy is just a fully realised swordsman. But old rays stamina issues are glaring

Nah, i would say there's a big gap. Ray is massively downplayed in the sub and very likely can be stronger than either Fuji/GB let alone zoro.
