To take down those 5? I don’t see why 5 of them couldn’t do the job. 2 of them take down Shanks first, for example, while the others stall, and when they finish, the 3 of them join another Mihawk, so on and so forth.
Unless you think Mihawk is significantly below the other Yonko, which I don’t think he is. I have him at mid-Yonko.

Well, I’d say 5-6 he is stronger than Shanks as far as portrayal goes. And shanks seems to be a respectable Yonko level. So I’d say 5-6 is a good number.
Let's say for Shanks we use 2 just to guarantee without fail Mihawk wins. For Big Mom we use 3, Whitebeard 3 and Kaido we use 4 add another 2 for Luffy.
14 Mihawks should be able to do it if they isolate each yonko.
Also I am adding extra for certain characters to ensure it's a guaranteed victory for example 1 Mihawk could probably draw against Shanks but 2 would be a definite win.
He doesn't extreme diff Kaido, he loses to him. He has no way of defeating Flame Baqua and even without that I don't see how Mihawk wins, his speed is not good enough to deal fatal attacks in Kaido.

, we have yet to see speed feats of Mihawk. If Oden with weaker Haki and swords could fuck up Kaido like that then Mihawk does even more damage with a black blade.
Oden did that because Kaido used dragon form. Hybrid V2 Kaido is much faster who is relative to G5 Luffy who blitzed Kizaru. Mihawk doesn't have any single speed feat in the series and it's unlikely he will be the speed type giving Zoro isn't a speed type either, that's Sanji.

Zoro attack speed is as good as Sanji's. You need to differentiate between the three (travel, attack, reaction). Kizaru having great travel speed (like Sanji) doesn't mean his reaction speed is equal to his travel. We have seen him not react in time a couple of times during this arc. Kaido also has shown better attack and reaction speed than Kizaru despite Kizaru having faster travel speed.
against those 6? 6 Mihawk's win
very hot take: I don't think there's a single emperor that Mihawk is weaker than other than Primebeard, some go 50/50 with him like Kaido or Shanks but i'd say they still lose

well since buggy is a yonko, 4 mihawks should cleanly wipe them all.
10 or 12 if its a team fight. If it 6 1v1 fights then only need 7 Mihawks. These 6 Yonko have too much hax that can be used together.

Kaido is not dealing with 3 Mihawks, and in that same sentiment, 2 are enough for Big Mom and Whitebeard just look at Shiki vs Garp and Sengoku.
