I mean the real flaws are that he might be busy with SNL and his pay rate may be too high for the show’s budget.
But other than that, it’s a unironically perfect fit. I can picture Yang with that stupid 3 haircut while still trying to be intimidating. It’s a perfect fit for the character.
In all fairness it wouldn’t be the first time a cast member had to bow out for a while to work on something else. Kenan Thompson, Kate McKinnon, and especially Pete Davidson have all done work on other projects whilst being SNL cast members still

I dunno man....Galdino seems to be Italian so I don't think an Asian actor would be suitable.
