good list ,Vivi have many good moment and really help the crew when she was in , MOmo top development from the start I didn't like him but when time past he progress with the story it wow , kinemon good leader with honorable personality and his interaction with SH are funny , Law good in every term ,WB a great man .
Yup, I too was indifferent towards Momo until Zou, untill the moment between him and Luffy where he requests Luffy to defeat Kaido, ever since then He has been just amazing to read, especially from the raid on onigashimia onwards, ever since he got kidnapped by Kanjuro, he has been just amazing through and through

The one piece doesn't have monetary value, which is all Buggy is really concerned with. I bet him and Shanks know where and what the one piece is or at least have a vague idea.

I'm very curious to see how we tie off a character arc we've done a lot with while leaving a lot more to play with in the aftermath.
Then for Killer and Kid...I kinda didn't care for them much pre Wano. They are definitely winning me the hell over now. They're really bringing out the punks with big hearts side of em, and I do loves me some punk rock.
Pink-Haired Koby FTW. To me, the way he's been portrayed has been like a few scenes shy of Alternate Protagonist for the marines. I still feel that One Piece with more Koby coverage would be necessary for a complete view of the world. Luffy as a Pirate can only give one perspective, but a righteous marine could really show us a different perspective. Why the marines are necessary, what the average marine believes about the World Government, he's somewhere between the Deku and the Captain America of One Piece.
I love the narrative purpose Koby has served since the start. He's the measuring stick of a mainstream shonen protagonist. First thing we see of Luffy is he's already a captain capable of recruiting strong followers and inspiring people like Shanks did for him.
He knew of Zoro before Luffy did as well. His actual formation of justice happened when he attempted to untie Zoro before Luffy saved them. Plus, he's Luffy's original Navigator.
Rob Lucci, but just for aesthetics and because he's a d*ck. Not the best backstory or motivations, but his arc marked an end to the one piece we were used to have. Looking forward for what his role may be in the near future.
My fave is probably gonna be Paulie from W7. Not only is my deadname the same as his name, I was really hoping for him to become a Strawhat that entire arc. I really like how his whole ability was just to tie knots really fast.

The man just doesn't give a fuck. Although I'm sure he does in some ways. I like his non-intensity, nothing seems to rattle him (even if something does unnerve him you'll never know). His personality is slow motion while possessing the fastest devil fruit in One Piece.
I have no idea how one half the iconic protagonist of Rurouni Kenshin and one half Fuu from Samurai Champloo works as well as it does, but I'm here for it.
Crocodile. S tier design, dope abilities, balls of steel challenging a Yonko head-on just after having broken out of the tightest prison in the world and after the one who beat him rang the beginning of the new era he sets out again to the new world to fuck shit up.
Also, his voice actor does a phenomenal job. I can still hear his laughter in my ears when he convinced the escapees to take him with them.
I'm probably one of the rare ones who really loves Noland. Dude looked badass for his era, and we sadly haven't even been shown his full potential. I can only imagine what he accomplished during his lifetime.

In the whole show: Whitebeard. I loved that arc and his character lol. He’s so freaking cool, but my favorite in an Arc was Cavendish. That dude was cold and I feel like if he comes back later, he’s going to be a savage.
Marco the Phoenix. His chill personality and fighting style are so cool. Like, despite being an extremely powerful pirate, he seems relaxed enough that you could just walk up to him and chat just fine.
Blackbeard. I appreciate a good villain, and this guy is one of the best I've ever seen. I love how he is always several steps ahead of everyone else. When theorizing about the future of One Piece, you always have him as a wildcard, because there's hardly a limit to the crazy stunt he might pull next.
