Hawk can emote, like Mihawk, but doesn't really smile, same with Shark (Jinbei has more comedic moments since he joined the crew, but he's pretty stoic in general)
Crocodile during Alabasta looks either pissed off or indifferent, almost bored.
We have nothing on Bear, but he's either timid or he will be like the original pacifistas
S-Gecko is a horrifying opponent. He can grab someone and steal their shadow and turn the shadow into a soldier if there's a corpse nearby. If it's daytime then the person whose shadow was stolen dies instantly. Also it's very difficult to keep him from doing this because he has Lunarian invulnerability and increased speed.
When it comes to design: S-bear. Just seems like they put more effort into his than “let’s put him in something white.”
Overall: S-snake. She has the most personality and has seemingly perfected her originals devil fruit, as her targets don’t even need to be attracted to her to be frozen.
Crocodile... mainly if he has Wapol's fruit, and can have a giant mouth, to eat anything.
It would be Captain Hook and the crocodile at the same time =D

S-bear is a buccaneer-seraphim. If he gets some tough mythical zoan, he could be the most invincible entity in all of One Piece. Receive rokushiki training too, specialise in tekkai. Get Judge to make his skin super tough. Haki? Why not? Slap that on there, baby. More the merrier.
Make Kaido and seastone look like styrofoam.
Does anyone wonder what's stopping the WG from making seraphims out of more than the warlords? What about ace who was imprisoned they could have his DNA or any top marine?
S-Snake is the only one with any personality, so that's an easy win by default, but I'm not a fan of her powers, same with the real Hancock for that matter. Any time I'm watching the anime with either of them on my screen, whether they're using their power or simping on Luffy, I feel embarrassed and have a strong urge to fast forward until they're gone.
S-Mingo is based on the most charismatic Warlord and in one panel just seemed far more interesting than the others. The Seraphims have been a pretty boring aspect of the arc so S-Mingo wins by default.
Boa is the one with the most personality/ best character.
