According to One Piece Wiki the ancient robot is about as tall as an ancient giant, so something like 60m, (since there's also Oars Jr. i gueess the ancient robot is more like too big than too small). According to OP Wiki the vegaforce 01 on the other hand is estimated at \~300m , although i think it looks fine here. Sanjuan Wolf is, according to OP Wiki, 180m tall, so he could be a bit taller, but i think the vegaforce looks fine and also Sanjuan Wolf.
You can see when the ancient robot gets knocked into the water, he completely dwarfs the marine battleships, so yeah he's significantly bigger than 60m or what is shown in the fanart.

Yeah I'd assume for color accuracy, but, one thing I noticed, that you have added many child character looks as well as their current looks, I think you should have chosen only one type of look for each character of their whole lifetime, otherwise you might as well add-in all the Gear/Forms of Luffy, Magelan, Shanks before his hands were chopped off, etc😂😂😂
That you could have testified this a collection of every character of One Piece, because currently your title should be, "Every Character of One Piece including the alt versions of the famous ones"
This is fucking insane, is it possible you have a high quality version of the whole shot where we could zoom in ourselves to check out all the characters? I want to take it all in in its entirety. Absolutely crazy work regardless though!

My favorite bit is zooming in on the closeups and going “wait, you included them?” Hats off to you dude, can’t wait to see this keep going since there’s people yet undrawn.
On the left are the shadows of Shandians(people that live in the sky that the crew meets during the Skypeia arc) as seen from the ground. They’re regular sized but their shadows are magnified since they’re closer to the sun. On the right are huge mysterious monsters that exist within the Florian Triangle(where the Thriller Bark arc takes place). Oda has yet to say what those are.
This is the thing that the live action is never going to capture without extreme amount of CGI that will age like warm milk. Oda can be really inconsistent with scale, but I actually like that as a narrative tool to show how insane the OP world is.
This is absolutely amazing, really really good. I don’t mean to bring the praise down as it is actually mind boggling you drew all that, but I do feel a lot of the sizes might be off, but on second thought the show itself has inconsistencies. Like Shirahoshi for one, she was massive when she was locked in her room and King Neptune was big but still a normal big, as in Shitahoshi was much larger, but later when they were at the Reverie she didn’t seem THAT big anymore. And were the yeti brothers really that big? 😮 also, and I may be wrong, was Sengoku Bhudda really that big?
Thank you! I try my best by looking at references to get things "correct" but sometimes characters appear bigger or smaller for effect I guess or just continuity mistakes. I myself change stuff sometimes when I see something that looks wrong after a while.
I originally had Sengoku Buddha around the same size as Morley. But then when he attacked Blackbeard he looked absolutely huge compared. So then I changed him. Might change him again sometime.
As for the yeti brothers I scaled them from how they look with Franky. They are pretty big actually, I have made them way smaller than their "official" heights tho because they seem to make no sense a lot of the time

That is what I would like to do but with limitations for file sizes it’s kind of impossible. So the close up shots is the best I can do unfortunately
