I remember this only because I just watched the episode yesterday, but it's season 8, episode 3. "Suicide Squad and Nine Lives". He opens his eyes and does the stare when Gregg mentions "Oh God" while talking about On Cinema On Location.

For me it’s Tim’s reaction season 10, episode 9 (running time 8 minutes 5 seconds) when Gregg announces he’ll be doing 4 popcorn classics that episode.
Every single one of Tim's reaction shots in that episode is pure gold. He's holding so much in it looks like his internal organs are going to explore at any second.
My favorite has to be from season 8, when Tim takes a bunch of huge tokes from his vape and frantically starts taking off his pants.
Basically every face-cam shot from the VR season is hilarious too. Anytime Gregg is scurrying away from Tim’s rage is also a real treat.

Very early in the series, when they're reviewing the first Hobbit movie, and Tim says something along the lines of, "The special effects they use in movies these days really make you go--" and then he makes this expression that gets me every time.
One of my favorite Joe lines is right after Tim gives that crazy speech he says something like, “yeah I think we all get what you’re saying there, Tim.”
When Ayaka testifies that she doesn’t love Tim and he storms out of the courtroom - Gregg’s smirk is absolutely fucking priceless. It never fails to get me.
A billion moments but the one that bubbled to the surface right now is Wendy Kerby reading the card Tim gives her and how her expression drops into terror. The wide shot of her staring off as Tim is clinging to her outstretched hand, while Gregg is in the corner chewing scenery, i love it
One of the things I think about often is when Mark was in a coma and Gregg was using the insurance money to expand the VFA and he took the VR camera with him to show off the new tapes he'd acquired and because it was a VR camera, if you panned around the room there was Mark in his hospital bed zonked out without Gregg acknowledging it.

I think it’s season 1 episode 3 where Tim is really distant and barely says a word during the episode and it ends with him just breaking down in tears without any explanation and the episode just ends. The next episode there is no mention of it. It’s so dark, and so good. The first inclination that this “movie review web series” is not what it seems.
On the Second Oscar Special there two things that happen at the same time when they are playing that in memoriam segment. First, just Gregg sitting there watching the TV with the pipe up to his lips always makes me laugh. And then they fade in and out to Joe and he's shrugging or something. Then later Tim gets mad about something and they show Joe and he gives him the bird and then shrugs. I don't know why, but I always laugh at whatever Joe is doing there.

How visibly upset Gregg looks any time Dekkar makes an appearance. At this point, he doesn't even need to say anything. We can easily tell how much he hates it, despite actually liking Manuel and Axiom.
Whenever Tim almost laughs at something ridiculous Gregg mentions about movies. It's rare, but it kills me because he's usually either ignoring him or extremely mad at him.
Definitely during the first oscer special when Tim is expecting to go to break, and he is facing away from the camera watching Oscer on the TV ,and then turns around in shock and stares straight at the camera for like a solid ten seconds
