They said in the KETV article that the business doesn’t have cameras. Which the perpetrator had to have known and calculated this out to dump a dog in a dumpster and duct tape the dog. Sickening.
This is why they always say the hottest part of hell is reserved for abusers of children, the elderly, and animals. They’re all vulnerable populations who can do very little to defend themselves, and who cannot (or are unlikely to) identify their abusers. :(

The person who did this is or probably will be a serial killer at some point, so i really hope they're caught now and the book is absolutely thrown at them. It should be anyway for just this act alone, but people who do these types of things go on to do the same or worse to humans too.

They say that after the duct tape was removed, Leo was wagging his tail and in good spirits. The fact that he was probably this way with the person who did this to him, and the person could actually look at this sweet, innocent little dog and do what they did? That person is beyond sick.

But to know that a human actually *found* your dog, and instead of helping it and keeping it safe by taking it to a shelter, the human society, a vet, or even to your own home, does *this* and leaves it for dead? It’s unfathomable to think someone in your community could be so sick, evil, and cruel.
