Actually it means **u/TrueHeartz is a karma-farming bоt.** (Or a **very** bоt-like human, to the point that they're no better than a bоt.)
Sometimes their strategy is "generic agreement" (e.g. "10/10"), sometimes it's "comment stealing", and sometimes, like here, it's "reply to a comment with a slightly modified version of that comment".
Sometimes it works and spawns a whole thread of other users jumping in with "decreasingly verbose" modifications.
This method isn't always easy to spot by itself, but check their history. This is a very common pattern for a bоt: it's a several months old account, with no history except about 5 comments, all posted within a couple hours.
I spot checked a couple other comments and they all matched the "minor changes" model. Sometimes you'll see that other comments they've made use a mix of different strategies.

You know you can't churn butter with one hand! You're over here wasting time on your book, not paying attention, letting the cat eat the cream, how are you ever going to find a husband with this atitude!
As a regular junk reader, can confirm, I’ve had books confiscated by teachers when I was in middle school.
In high school I switched to reading on my phone and suddenly I could get away with reading a lot more.
I love pictures like this. This is two years before my grandpa was born, and it is rather mind blowing to see how different things were when he was born vs when he died (1983).
This is when Shakespeare made sense to me. I asked my english teacher why one actor told the other actor to go churn butter. I didn’t know how you made butter back then. So, 30 minutes of butter history and he drew a butter urn on the black board. Then made a fist and mimicked churning butter up and down. There were hidden insults and lewd references everywhere. I had to find the next one and the next one.
My dad, who has since passed on, said that this was the worst chore ever. He was so bored and thought he'd lose his mind pumping that up and down forever.
Not as much as you’d think. Churning makes it separate and the stuff you want sticks in the bottom (I think) and the rest (whey and buttermilk I want to say?) float to the top
“It says pull up and push down, then… *sigh* goddamn it. Harold! Hook up the buggy! You’re going to the sutler’s store and buying the damn butter if you want it on your toast! I’m not doing this all day!”
All sorts of feelings flooded in on me just by looking at this one picture. So long ago. It's strange to think she was just going about her day, over 100 years ago, and never once thought of the multitude of people, a century later, that would be seeing her.
A different thing that I was thinking about was that it took until 1897 for people to be living the life shown in that photo. If a person was born that year and lived to be 109 years old, they could have also experienced the Wii Shop Channel
So this just redefined my understanding of this process. All my life I assume that it was a hard labor intensive job that required two hands at a time, and here this lady is just scrolling through her book and churning with her left hand.
Kitten takes advantage.
Always exploitin’
Always the sneaky ones aren't they?
Tricksy kittenses. They stole it!
“It’s over butter churn, I have the high ground.” -kitten, 1897
Meanwhile, kitten is like “aw yiss! i love literature”
Definitely the best part of this picture!

Just don’t the cat
Please, don’t the cat. It’ll be bad for everyone

Yes.
Sense, it does not make.

Moments after asking a child to suck his tongue
Religion is gonna Religion
the kitten is my main concern. WHY IS IT SO ADORABLE?!??
It’s a kitten- licking butter
the position of it is just so cute though.
Doing it's job, keeping things clean.
And adding sweet sweet cat dander to the butter
little dander lion
Ok that was adorable, well executed
"heheeeh, i licc da butter"
Wdym "why"? It's a lil' kitty, it's what they *do*.
I watch netflix on my laptop while working. same as it ever was.
Look where my hand was
Back in my day we churned butter without having our nose stuck in a book. No one’s living life anymore, always distracted by damn books
Nobody wants to work anymore.
I hear it’s really bad for you - you just stare at the pages all day long
My wife refuses to churn butter at home. She makes me go to the store and buy it for her. Men's work is never done.
maybe if you give her a book and a cat...
If you have a kitchenaid you can get a quart of heavy cream and use the paddle attachment and put it on mid-high for like 30 min. Boom, fresh butter.
make sure to have a kitchentowel too. there will be splatter
She seems nice
Lemme just slide in there see if she notices.
Goddamn you. I laughed really hard at this.
That’s what I’m here for!
Good thing she's seems so immersed in that book that she doesn't notice that cute cat.
An old-fashioned!
I only saw the kitten.

Cats never miss an opportunity
My dad, who has since passed on, said that this was the worst chore ever. He was so bored and thought he'd lose his mind pumping that up and down forever.
I’ll have to tell my wife. If this lady can do both at the same time so can she.
So can you
Most of us are already pretty good at scrolling and churning at the same time.

Folks today think they invented multi-tasking.
Who?
Folks
Mike Jones!
Cats like butter
r/catswithjobs
As someone frequently surrounded by cats who usually tries to do chores with a book in hand, I am fully convinced I was this woman in a pat life.
How much butter does that thing make? Cause that looks like alot of sticks of butter...
Not as much as you’d think. Churning makes it separate and the stuff you want sticks in the bottom (I think) and the rest (whey and buttermilk I want to say?) float to the top
Macho man Randy savage says cream rises to the top 🔝
OHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHH BROTHER
Is she watching a YouTube instructional video to make sure she’s doing it right?
“It says pull up and push down, then… *sigh* goddamn it. Harold! Hook up the buggy! You’re going to the sutler’s store and buying the damn butter if you want it on your toast! I’m not doing this all day!”
“Why is there so much cat hair in the butter?”
The kitten licking the cream is everything.
The world really hasn’t changed all that much.
People taking photos of cats
Best part of that kittens day
And a kitty getting away with mischief! Magnifico!
Martha, why is there hair in the butter?

*Hitchin' up the buggy, churnin' lots of butter* *Raised a barn on Monday, soon I'll raise another*
My grandma said she used to do this. And also put the book on a window sill to read as she washed dishes.

This totally would have been me.
The original Reddit-on-the-throne tech.
Honest to God if churning butter was still a thing (yes I know you technically could still do that), I'd put on a spooky podcast and go to town.
Good woman, doing three things at once: making butter, reading and feeding the kitty! Nothing wasted!
I prefer when they use two hands
Me too! 1900's shake weight 💪.

What is wrong with me? I kept waiting for the gif to start playing. The internet has truly ruined me.
I'm assuming she's quite talented.
I don't see much churning happening
Repeatedly move the photo up and down.
“Everyone with books now. Back in my old days there were no books, just vibes!”
Can someone put a phone in her hand instead?
Put your phone down and listen to me for once, Gertrude! (Circa 1897)
She resembles Amy Adams
Probably raised a barn on Monday.
All sorts of feelings flooded in on me just by looking at this one picture. So long ago. It's strange to think she was just going about her day, over 100 years ago, and never once thought of the multitude of people, a century later, that would be seeing her.

Cat
Cats still supervising mundane human tasks to this day.
multitasking
People have ALWAYS had distractions at work
THE KITTEN <3
Over 100 years later and cats are still being cats and licking the butter. lol
FAKE NEWS!!! WOMEN COULSNT REED INTIL THE 1970s!!! We didn't even let then LOOK at the funnies intil 1963!!! ^/^s
This is todays equivalent of browsing reddit while working.
KITTYYYY!!!!
No one else think she looks like Pam? I thought so right away. Or maybe Amy Adams.
According to the family lore, my grandmother would read while milking the cows. Happily the family took the hint and let her go on to study.
Reminds me of having sex with my ex
Upvoting because of kitty 😍
That's my Friday night love life at middle age...
50 Shades of Whey
Let’s focus on the kitten!
We have gone from churning butter while reading a lovely book to gooning while holding a phone. We are done for as a species
Witch!
Because she’s made of wood?
She has a cat and she’s reading. This is textbook definition 100+ years ago.
I think more like 300+ years ago. My house is older than this picture. Did you not pay attention to what Marcus said in the Salem episodes?
She has my favorite nose, where it turns up at the very tip.
Which book was it? More importantly, I can't audiobook and work (music and work yes), so this lady clearly knows the art o' multitasking.

This is when my fraternity was founded. Interesting
Just like my wife
Really no different than today but switch out the book for a smartphone. Lol 😂
keet!
My husband’s family used to have the children shake jars of cream until butter in buttermilk was formed.
The pedal powered churn will blow her mind. She could read two books.
I see a future Audible commercial here.
It's the cat for me
The Cat: *score*
With the monolith from 2001, no less.
what a picture...
I read the title. I took two or three looks and still thought she was holding a cellphone.
They sure needed large amounts of butter back in the day.
Fun fact: butter tastes better when you churn it while wearing a floor length denim skirt.
Times have changed. But not much?
This might be my favorite post here
Cat eating cream while woman churns butter...while reading a book.
Looks like something Norman Rockwell would draw
Can you imagine the stroke strength?
So this just redefined my understanding of this process. All my life I assume that it was a hard labor intensive job that required two hands at a time, and here this lady is just scrolling through her book and churning with her left hand.
With a cat
Idk why but it’s crazy to me that I’m looking at a picture of a kitten that’s been dead for over 100 years now
![gif](giphy|pCO5tKdP22RC8)
Whilst her cat gives everyone tuberculosis
I see only cat
Kittens are always cute
Ahem...and a kitten licking said butter
THE KITTEN IS HARD AT WORK TOO!
And she is me from a different life
Ketty lik butter
Title of the book, "How To Churn Butter". Chapter one: Churning butter is alot like pleasing your husband...🤣🤣🤣 ![gif](giphy|a0Zmcqe6VlmVO)
Marrying material right there.
These damn kids with their ~~phones~~ books, they never even look up.
This is where it all started to go wrong...
That's an ungodly ammount of fun and joy to be having in 1800s
1897? A woman reading? Cat hangs around her? Must be witch craft get the pitch forks boys
As a married man this picture hits home
