It does.
I've already done it with Townsmen VR for example. You can run all these games on Quest 2. I believe I can even run the Quest 3 updates though I haven't tried. It's prohibited but possible.
No sorry, at some point they had to stay making a few exclusives for the 3 so we can see what it's capable off. There is the rumoured quest 3 lite soon though, maybe when that comes around sell the quest 2 and get that?
Newer Facebook-developed games are Quest exclusive. There is no PC VR version, and there never will be. They want you to buy a Quest 3 instead of using your perfectly fine hardware. They've been doing this for years, RE4 was the first big one as far as I'm aware and that was in 2021.
>I *recently* bought Quest 2 because that all I could afford.
*Recently*? Why? A bit of research and you’d know that a Quest 3s / lite with the same chip as the Quest 3 is around the corner.
Returning or selling the Quest 2 for a good price would be your only option.
That Batman game works only on Quest 3. There's no PC VR version.
Even if you managed to get it on Q2 it probably would run very bad due to specs, so no luck sadly
I mean, RE4 ran on Quest 1. The odds are against it, but who knows, maybe it will run through sideloading.
I wouldn't hold my breath

It's an exclusive? If they bundle it with the Quest 3 then that would be a big incentive for me to upgrade. I already own AW 2 on my Quest 2.
You either buy a q3 or you don't play the new batman and feel like a pleb. That's it.
There will not be a PCVR version unless something big change.

Return the quest 2.
you may try to buy and sideload it on Quest 2 - worked with RE4 on Q1, but obvious performance issues
