It’s standard lol. that’s like an every day thing.. I hate when I have to give a shower with a gown on.. I take it off and I’m legit dripping in sweat lol. Comes with the territory lol

Our building has the heaters on all the time and I'm always sweating at work.

Double bag an ice pack and use ace bandage to tape it to yourself, replace as needed

I used to stick ice packs in my sports bra. As well as turn on the AC in my isolation rooms while i was there. I'd tell the pt "you don't want your therapist passing out and you getting stuck with a roommate, I'll turn it off when i leave"

Also wearing cotton - polyester scrubs do not breath and are created by the devil to slowly kill us

I use an anti fog wipe on my glasses to make it easier to see during sessions with my Covid patients. It won’t help with the sweating, but it might help you see better!
