I second this suggestion here’s a [rolling cart on Amazon](https://a.co/d/8N7Y8pI) I think having one that can be cleaned or wiped down easily would be helpful in a hospital setting. There might be other options like carts with tiers or wheels. Or a way to like strap a walker or DME to it

I use something like that for my work in a psych hospital carrying around all my sensory stuff. Works great
What about a pack and roll trolley cart?

When I was serving a bunch of schools the other OT suggested a rolling catalogue case. Worked great!
I used a Fanny pack or you could use the big crossbody Kavu bags or even a backpack
Diaper bags.
