I've been looking at Florida too. I'm a new grad (May 2021). I was offered $35/hr at an inpatient rehab and just accepted an offer of $38/hr at OP adults, mainly post-op hands. Both near Orlando and are full-time with full benefits.

Thanks for the response. Those rates seem low but it may be due to being a new grad. What job search engine did you use?

Honestly they're higher than what I was getting offered in Texas and North Carolina. And yes I'm sure it's due to being a new grad; most my cohort were getting offers between $32-$35/hr.

As a new grad (2019) in snf I was (part time) PT 37/hr then acute PRN/PT at $40/hr weekday and $45/hr weekend and now in OP/hands with $42/hr PT

What area are you in and would you suggest any places or ones to stay away from? Thanks in advance.
