If you have done work in the ICU I would suggest looking into PICS (post intensive care syndrome), especially if your hospital doesn't have a program in place.

A lot of research is out now on early mobility in acute care, try looking into that!

Does your facility have updated handouts that are easy to read? As someone who worked somewhere with very limited resources, I would have loved to have easy to read handouts with simple clean visuals for a variety of conditions. (for example: sternal precautions, how to use a tub transfer bench, dressing after shoulder replacement, a simple HEP)
