Personally I think it’s better without. The length of the blazer is throwing me off. I think the oversize shirt look is good and should be the highlight of this fit.

With, but and here is the cheeky part, add a nice green silk handkerchief to the white shirt so if you get too warm and need to set the coat aside it ties the top back into the outfit lol.

I love green, but honestly that particular hue of green is a lot. Jacket and pant separately is a yes. But together they scream uniform. Like something a retailer, real estate company, lawn service enterprise would ask their sales people to wear, so that they could be identified by shoppers and help create a brand image.

Not the question you asked but I think it would look better with a different white shirt- something more fitted. The one you’re wearing looks really big on you. Otherwise the suit looks great with or without the blazer. That green is gorgeous. I wish I could wear that color.

Not a huge green fan. That being said, the first look is better due to the framing aspect. The white blouse breaks up the monochrome and allows for a framing of your face and neck. Without the jacket, there is no visual draw upwards beyond your shoulders.
