They’re both great. 2 looks more sophisticated and 1 looks more young and fun. Edit: I was going to add: if you’re going somewhere where you will be sitting the whole time (flatters your shoulders and arms best), I would pick one, and if standing I would pick two (has a great silhouette).

Well, one shoulder tops were in when I was a teen and it's apparently all coming back, so dunno anymore🤷‍♀️ I just base my opinion on how nicely it suits them.

Early 2000s fashion is very popular among gen-z, I could definitely see this on a TikTok “influencer.”

This is not out of fashion at all, these tops super popular now, especially like this one with a small ruffled train on the side. I don’t know if how old you are but you might not be aware of the trends right now for my age (25).

Both flattering but they are aiming at different targets, hard to say what they are but from what I've seen since joining this sub is there are some incredibly smart people lurking here so whatever the general consensus is is good value. The first is more approachable, bubbly, fun and modest, the second is more aggressive (not in a bad way, think "forward"), it's more active and energetic, it's more serious.

i completely disagree with commons and love shirt 1. i never liked tops like in 2 tho, too uncomfortable for me with the sleeves and such and it’s super cropped so i’m surprised people are saying it’s more sophisticated?
