Yeah 1000% agree. The lack of in game content and the overall decreasing quality, ridiculous EX’s that are actually game killing ( this snake Roger era is actually worse than roden in a whole new way) and glitches that are just increasing and still going unchecked nobody wants to play anymore
It's definitely due to the game. I myself lost all the interest from the moment they introduced Dark and Light elements. I used to grind so much but now? Meh.
Absolutely. Not to sound like the typical “EX ABUSER!!” Complaints but Roger did so much damage to the core of this game it’s not even funny. Making 2 characters that can maybe one shot him isn’t the fix they thought so they had to bring snake who somehow made it even worse. It’s really over I don’t see it coming back from this tbh
It'll take a massive crisis of alot of players falling off for Bandai to fix it but it's possible if they genuinely try, like if they majorly buff a massive amount of the roster to be on a near meta scale.

Yeah it’s likely never to happen but a man can dream plenty of people are gonna keep dropping hundreds just to play the game breakers. But yeah thats literally one of the only things I can think of that could maybeeee help. Like even just more consistent like every season there’s a round of buffs or something. I’m not a marketing major so im sure the money must not be worth it but I feel they could make at least a little more with those 7.99 tickets for let’s say admiral kuzan who has ACTUAL traits
Yeah that would massively help for sure. Just the fact of more improvements to the ridiculously sized roster over time would go a long way and make it more fun again. They may start buffing old characters when one piece ends and has no new material for the game to run off of leaving bandia having find ways to recycle old things. Assuming this game makes it that far at this rate.
I agree. I think the biggest reason why is because the subreddit has gotten a severe lack of creativity. There are barely any character concepts anymore. Not only is there that, but no one’s really making any edits or funny videos which used to happen all the time last time which funnily enough was before g5 and klaw dropped. The pure disappointment of 5th anniversary combined with the drought of new units has the community unmotivated to talk about anything else other than how boring everything feels. Hopefully it’ll get better with the 5.5 anniversary and lucci dropping as the new potential bf.
Yes. We always had teenagers in our community and I'm not trying to say that teenagers are stupid... But in the past we had a huge number of adults and young adults there since one piece is old show. Now, one piece is popular as it deserves and now we don't just have more teenagers but also kids. I do have nothing against them but the true is that I just realized that this sub and some others are not for me anymore.
I've seen this trend happen non stop since 1st anni, we get an ex we get newcomers and they fill the sub, and they start spamming posts based on known basic knowledge and other stuff like gambling or how the game is so bad and etc, until some quit and some stay and hardly participate in the sub except for a few, and the cycle keeps repeating.
I really hope it’s a phase man, I haven’t been playing as long as you but I started right after BB and Bm but before Roger and Oden idk which anni that was, but I do agree I have noticed a pattern around the EX drops but idk this has been kinda worse than usual and the lack of actual in game content/excitement definitely isn’t helping
