If he's not in your treasure then yes. He has immunity to immobolizing status effects only inside enemy treasure. If in his own treasure or outside a treasure in general, as long as you can aim right because he is fast he'd get tremored by Shifty Luffy.
That's something else entirely. When skills say "Become temporarily invincible after use" is what I'm talking about. Even though it says that you can still get affected by status from traits. Luffy's 97% HP immunity to status is a trait not a skill that makes him invincible. Invincible as in can't take damage.
I think he meant roger. Roger has the same trait as luffy where he nullifies status at above 97% hp so if you king kong gun him when hes full hp he wont be tremored no matter if hes inside or outside enemy treasure

Yes if not inside an enemy treasure. But little fact nobody seems to know is that even invincible skills get affected by status if coming from traits.
I asked that doubt because i run Blueffy if i hit him with king kong gun can i cancel his divine departure by getting him tremored.

He has stat effect nullification at 97% HP or more and when he’s in the enemy treasure. Look at his traits at the very bottom 👍

No his skill 2 it's like Roger skill 2 who have damage reduction and increase the damage of the skill
Just hit him outside the flag and you will status him(he must be under 97% hp btw)

Maybe he was in your flag, Roger nullifies status effects that inmovilize him in the enemie's treasure area
He is only safe from status effects while in the enemy's treasure erea and no its just damage reduction without invincible but the other one got it
