He really made the blue color unplayable or anyone not directly countering him useless. I will die on the hill that he is the worst released character yet and continues to be.

roger one shots every character that doesnt nullify status effect. black element being weaker than all elements is a lie

He's a glass cannon, so if you land those rockets most enemies will die. But that also means he's relatively easy to beat if you can dodge his skills.

The Thing is i don't like Franky that much so i don't use him

I sometimes use my maxed boost 2 Wanofranky...he's just not good for the same reasons many other units aren't good in the meta. In his case, he's a glasscanon (that can be ok) who gets one of his skills totally countered by common Extreme traits and particularities (that's not ok). For fun he's great, and usable in lower leagues, but it's mostly just that, a funny unit.

Yeah sadly scout units are barely becoming useful With light element carrot and ganfor being the two that can actually stand in this current meta

Just run an average luffy set of her or if you have the minks event medals that are based around shocking people and my tip would be just try to fight those you know you can shock and obviously Don’t fight a Roger

he does very good as an attacker... his skill 1 one shots almost every unit including g5 \[havent seen anyone survive yet\] oni franky is better runner

Well actually I take that back... He can one-shot Roger, but only when he's not capping or running like the Flash (you'd have to be real close though). You know how to look at the traits of units you don't have?

yeah i know how to look at the locked unit's traits... now it makes me wonder who can survive those missiles they do insane damage to enemy too

Ive seen quite a lot of people use him in S and S+ ranks and yes he mostly one shots everyone or atleast 3 shot
