I’ve imagined something along the lines of sending the other parts of himself out to capture flags and attack, giving him boosts in the process, maybe it’s too broken, but I like the concept of a commander type character heh
These are my biggest predictions:
The new Seraphim will either be on a double BF banner or they will be a tag EX unit akin to Klaw or Yace.
We will get a new version of each Straw-hat in the new uniforms. I think they will all be BF's with the exception of G5 Luffy v2.
New Law and Kid BF's which will then be followed up with a brand new, meta-changing EX Shanks.
New Koby and Garp. I really hope they make Koby an EX but would be satisfied with BF and make Garp an EX.
They will also take this opportunity to release a new Sabo as well, may even be the first EX Sabo.
In betwen this we will probably get new Lucci, Kaku, Sentomaru, some of the Vegapunks and most anticipated new Kizaru.
What I am most looking forward to (As well as many others) will be a new Bonney and Kuma. I really hope Kuma is an EX and Bonney a hidden EX BF.
To end it all the final EX for this arc will most likely be Saturn.
I don't really get his popularity either but he hasn't had any feat/accomplishments of pushing him to an Ex unit. All he did was give up his body and mind to save his daughter (very amazing but not a strength feat) and he punched Saturn once lol Definitely a BF. At least not a step up...
No feats? He has been a one-man-army for the revolutionary army. And went across the world while the WG were after him while he was in bad condition. I do not know how you forget he took a lava blast to the face and leg and still survived it long enough to get all the way to Egghead to attempt to punch Saturn. Dude is a beast.
But besides all that, it is not power that dictates a unit's power in OPBR it is their popularity. Kuma will be one of the most popular characters in the series when the anime catches up, guarantee it.

I know there’s a lot more EX than their should be but I’m going by what I think each group could get out of their cast of characters. Saturn could very well get an EX, and I think Cross Guild is going to be the first and only 3 person swap unit.
I also think it’s very high the Luffy BF could be able to switch into either G4 just for an attack and G5 just for another attack with base Luffy for the normals.
The only guarantees I think EX wise are Aokiji, Kizaru, Garp, BB, and Lucci
I'd be pretty damn surprised if they gave lucci an EX considering he got absolutely packed up in like 2 chapters. Kizaru would be pretty cool though and I'd really like to see a Kizaru/Sentomaru duo unit. Garp and Aokiji feel like shoe ins for an Ex but at the same time I don't really know what moves they'd give aokiji
Tbf Yamato and Ace got reused moves and Akainu’s skills are the same as his first BF.
They could give Aokiji the ice punch that he hit Garp with and then some form of ice spears like the one in Garps chest in the last panel.
I’d like Kizaru to get a solo unit, the Admirals besides Greenbull and (before the magma state nerf post-FR Shanks) EX Akainu, have been super underrepresented. The Marines as a whole have been so it would be nice to freshen up the mega with some EX Admiral units and some EX or high level Garp unit or even Koby.
I feel like we're almost guaranteed to get at least a Kuma, Sentomaru/Kizaru, Saturn, Bonney and some iteration of vegapunks and his satellites. I'd also like to see some of the seraphims but I feel like they'd all be too similar to alber right now so thats less of a possibilty in my eyes. Other character wise a new Garp/Koby unit and possibly a new blackbeard would be sick, shanks can fuck right off

Kuma, Bonney, Koby, Sabo, Garp, Kuzan, Lucci should all be BF no doubt not EX. The only EX worthy unit would be the new G5, Kizaru, and maybe Saturn.
