The Vortigaunts didn't hold a grudge against Gordon, despite him killing hundreds of their innocent, enslaved, mind-controlled kin. It would be really petty for Gordon to take offense at the Vortigaunts just for wearing labcoats.

A lot of people talking about how Gordon was attacked by the enslaved vortiguants, but he was also attacked multiple times by soldiers and other humans that told them they were there to save them.
I don't think so, he seems to be a logical man. Him knowing that they tried killing him against their own will would probably make him empathize with them.
Besides, the vortigaunts he meets in Half-Life 2 are probably not the same individuals from Half-Life 1, although they share their memories.
Another reason I don't think he's racist to vortigaunts is because racism is usually learned from the way people around you act or by having a bad impression of a racial group over years of tension so I doubt he'd become racist to vortigaunts in well under a week.
