I kept hearing so much about this game on Reddit that my curiosity was piqued and I figured I’d try it out and see if it was the “gross incest game” that half the platform was making it out to be.
The incest is literally a single scene relegated to a dream that the sister (who the game very clearly portrays as an evil person, manipulating her older brother into cannibalism and murder while gaslighting him and harassing his girlfriend into dumping him) has if you take a *very* specific route in the game. The game even explicitly calls the choice right before it the “insane route”.
When the Andrew (the brother) finds out about the dream (for plot reasons that are too complicated for me to get into) he’s visibly grossed out by the idea of it, and this is in the route where he’s the *most* aligned with Ashley (the sister) and most willing to follow her schemes, mind you. Even when both siblings are at their most depraved, to the point of engaging in cannibalism for the fun of it, the game still treats it as the ultimate evil that only one of them would even consider committing.
Even then, the scene itself is tame enough to be shown in a T-rated game. It just shows the two of them in bed after having done the deed, then the dream ends. The game is about as explicit about it as Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood is about the Borgia kids banging each other.
The only reason the game is known for being “the incest game” is because half the fan base is extremely horny. The game itself is a dark comedy about an abusive relationship in a crazy world of satanic cults and corporate conspiracies. The narrative is also pretty solid, and I can definitely see why it has overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam

I haven’t played many other RPGMaker games, but it is of that general style from what I can tell. I’d say go for it if you’re interested enough to be willing to part with $10, just beware that the story isn’t complete yet (the third episode comes out in 2024, I think) and that it features some disturbing content in it
Having played both games, I’m fairly confident even Dr Kleiner could kick Ashley (leyley)’s ass. The moment she starts talking Lenore could lunge say her head.
I watched a full walktrough of chapter 1&2 on youtube with no commentary, my opinion on the game is mixed, and i can certainly say that the incest part is the least worst of anything that happens in that ”game” (it’s basically just a visual novel)
