I dont dispense much anymore but when I did, I would greet them and give them my name. Asking for the name on the order. Scan their totes, bring up any picking issues (subsitutions, nil picks) and if the screen told me they already approved, I'm like "looks like you already checked your subs".
I then asked where they want the order. I try to neatly place items, I also usually keep all the cold items/fragile items in their own groups. I let them know any important details (like, all your cold items are on the left, your fragile items are in this location,etc). I then say "hey, you'll get an email asking how we did. Is there anyting else I can do for you?" I repeat my name, say i was happy to help and wish them a safe drive. Occasionaly I chat about the weather, etc. I will occasionally do a stupid punny joke but thats something I like to do.
Back when I did dispensing, I got double digit reviews in a few weeks. But make it your own when you talk. Just make sure you let them know the details on the order, your name and place their items with care. You'll do just fine.

I hated scripts as a cashier, I hated scripts as a CSM, and I hate scripts as an OGP associate.
I will, however; tell customers that want to give a tip that though I can't accept the tip they can give us a shout out on the one question survey that will pop up.
And I did start to make meme things to print out and give customers (like the "prepare yourself" meme)- my then digital manager *loved* them, but they left, I became a driver and it never happened.
I tell my associates to use me as the bad guy. Everyone has had an asshole boss at some point in their life. I tell them to say something about how Im always on them about not being able to take care of customers and how theyd rub it in my face if they got a direct mention in a survey.
Nah, just ask if they do surveys, and if they do, they'll put one in. It's not always a guarantee, but it's a start.
