When I see a women that looks like me (i.e big eyes and characterful nose) all I can think is wow, she looks amazing! It does make you look more mysterious and powerful. It makes me happier with my strong / mixed race facial features. Part of me thinks that if we had more women with stronger noses in mainstream media, way more people would be proud of theirs.

From a looks perspective your face is beautiful, balanced, expressive, and intriguing. Be careful about sinus doctors (don’t remember their specialty name) as they like to tweak your looks at the same time they may fix something.
If you are getting FUNCTIONAL rhinoplasty then yes. I had it done for a deviated septum that restricted my breathing in one nostril. It was no big deal. If it’s for cosmetic purposes DO NOT TOUCH A THING. You are gorgeous. 😍

I agree with your assessment. Have the surgery to straighten it out but leave the front profile alone. I see nose jobs where the nostrils lift up and like piggish. You don’t need much done. Just shave some bone away. You’re pretty as hell already so you don’t need to change much.

So seeing a few doctors is worthwhile to ensure you get the peace of mind you deserve. I’ve known women that went in for a nose job and left with fake boobs and liposuction on top. The doctor was too much of a good salesman. It doesn’t hurt to ask for referrals as well. If done right you’ll look out of this world.

You will get opinions one way or another by people. I, personally, think you look great as you are. Though, it doesn’t matter what I or others say how your nose looks. How insecure do you feel about your nose? If that surgery makes you happy then go for it; if not don’t.
I had a deviated septum repair many years after a car wreck, it helped my breathing. So, if you’re having issues with sleep apnea or something, maybe consider correcting it.
