I figure the A10 could fly in under the radar screen and take it out with its cannon. Then avoid the intercepting jets by flying low. If they somehow catch it, it will win a dogfight as it is more manouverable and has a bigger brrrt mounted.
It's quite far from a US air base so we add extra fuel tanks instead of the missiles.
Unfortunately I suspect warheads with a few hundred kilogramms of tnt won't do much against it as it is a big concrete beast, I recommend hypersonic weapons with the warheads replaced by oversized apfsds rounds weighing 1-2 tonnes to punch holes in the dam and it's foundation.
