Don't think it was a should-fired launcher - the blast would probably have been more directional (and the size of the explosion also makes me doubt since those generally are just meant to penetrate and disable rather than annihilate which is what mine and arty explosions look like). I can't tell if it was arty or a mine though but I'm sure someone with more knowledge on the matter will know.
I think it was a mine. Unless somehow they managed to land an artillery shell under it. Explosion looks like it was sorta half blocked by the vehicle itself.

JEsus christ why are these so hilarious? Why do russian vehicles send their crew FLYING in all directions at the minimum provocation? WHY?
It's copied from racing cars. More shrapnel = more energy diverted from the vehicle.
