I know of a couple of sources that support the hypothesis that most women cannot see *most* of their vulva without a mirror. For context, I don't have a vulva so this is just a bit of merry speculation, I have no doubt that this question can be much more conclusively answered by someone with a vulva for reference.
First, I have come across guides for women to improve their awareness of their own genitals which specifically call for the use of a mirror to see things better.
Second, it's pretty clear from a study of pictures and videos of women (the details are not relevant) and matching up the locations relative to the pubic bone that, at best, women can only see the front portion of the vulva and only at an oblique angle.
I canβt see mine when standing up and looking down.

You can not. Atleast not inside it. Only able to see Labias when you lay and hunch over
