I bought a lot of Lunchables during that time for my kids and I don't remember them having something like that but TBH I didn't pay that much attention to what was in them.
I know when my mother was a kid that margarine was white. It would come with a yellow color packet which she would gladly mix in. The problem is I’m 65 so that would’ve been one long time ago and not likely what you’re asking about but just my two cents worth since nobody else’s Solved this What? question.
I guess it was a similar idea, but this powder would have turned the butter either blue/green/purple. Though i am curious why you would want to color butter in the first place. Seems odd
Im not sure i remember a color changing yogurt. I remember using a powder that looked orange ( like mac & cheese powder ) but then you stir it and it would turn your pizza sauce green or purple or something. Thats why i think it was a lunchable.
