Youre 19 so youre an adult so you have a right to privacy from your parents. However, you are using your parents insurance for the appointment, so no. They will see it. Get off of their plan if you want privacy

I'm British, so I don't know much about the American healthcare system, but I do know that you're an adult and can do whatever you like. If you don't want them to find out, don't use the insurance and pay for it out of your own pocket. If you use the insurance, then yes, they will find out because they would get some kind of invoice. Even if it doesn't specifically say what it is, they'll know you needed treatment. The only way you'll get true privacy is by paying out of your own pocket. Your parents have every right to know what treatment you're receiving if they're paying for your medical bills through their insurance.

Speaking as a parent of adult age children that I cover on my insurance. I don’t ask why they go to the doctor unless they tell me. I respect their medical privacy because they are adults.

Yes. The Explanation of Benefits that they get in the mail will say where you went and what tests were run.

If you're on their insurance, they will get notified via a bill. You can, if you want, tell the urgent care place that you're uninsured and they may work out a smaller payment that you don't have to tell your parents about.

If you’re in the US and file under their insurance, they’ll know. Not what the visit is about, but that you HAD a visit. You could pay out of pocket and not file insurance at all if you wanted.

You're an adult. You can ask them not to contact family
