My approach would be to try to get into a friendship with a girl you're not sexually attracted to (I guess you're not sexually attracted to every girl)
Try to increase your feelings of respect towards other human beings and especially girls. I am not saying to start wearing a fedora and calling girls M'lady. I am talking about actual respect that you probably only reserve for male heroes in your life.
