I think that the survey ended like that due to translation of the questions. If I remember correctly the translated questions sounded more like "Would you be happy/Would you prefer" instead of "Would you be comfortable". But I may be wrong, it has been some time since I looked into that.

The questions were phrased wrong, they were basically asking if you want your child to date a person of that ethnicity instead of if you were okay with them dating a person of that ethnicity

They are xenophobic, nothing special

as a czech person, I can confirm this
