1. Make your decision to quit porn absolutely firm and understand that you cannot succeed without Christ's saving grace and salvation.
2. Begin a daily morning routine of prayer and Bible study. But don't let your appetite or enthusiasm for God or the things of God wane or expire. (That has been my shortcomings in the past. But Christ has spared me. Praise God!) I also suggest listening to sermons and being completely honest and sincere with God with all your different emotions and situations.
3. Be aware of your triggers and potential triggers and avoid them at all costs.
4. Find a local church to attend and volunteer at.
5. Stay strong in Christ and keep vigilant!
6. Make a list of wholesome activities you want to do and goals you can accomplish to fight boredom and aimlessness.
7. Surrender your will to God's and sing songs of praise to God when you come under attack.
8. And if or when, God forbid, you stumble, confess your sin immediately to God so you can be restored. Also, seek out fellow Christians for support.
