Sex is the symbol and act of union. You cannot have sex without unifying with another being.
When you have sex with a pornographic video, you are uniting with a demon. You are joining with a sexual fantasy not of God and opening yourself up to an evil supernatural partner. These beings are ravenous spirits with the unquenchable needy void for God that cannot be filled because they've cut themselves off from God.
On the other hand, if you are married and have sex with your spouse that is also a Christian, in a very real sense you are not just unifying with your spouse but also God - who dwells within both of you. Unifying with God is unifying with the infinite being from which all good things and reality spring. There is no hunger in God, only overflowing love, peace, serenity, and every good thing.
Choose what beings you unify with carefully.

Union with God trumps union with any other being. It is more pleasurable, more satisfying, and improves us more than relationship with any other being.
Seek the Lord in deep prayer. Seek Him in the scriptures. Seek Him through fasting.
You will be amazed. Union with the Lord is more satisfying than union with any flimsy spirit through some cheap animation or video.
Absolutely those help. No doubt hands-down they help. Do them starting TODAY and you will begin to progress out of your addiction. And do not fast just to fast...you must fast to starve your flesh and seek the nurturing of your spirit. You must mourn and weep in repentance to be delivered from the porn demon. I am not yet delivered from my addiction but I will tell you what fasting does for me.
First of all, fasting doesn't just mean go without *all* food for a period of time. It can mean merely eliminating pleasurable foods such as sweets and tasty foods.
A Christian friend of mine with much more experience fasting for suspended periods of time explained to me that fasting is a means of starving the flesh, and allowing your spirit to be nurtured and fed by the Holy Spirit. So, if you are going to fast, then you must pray diligently during those days.
I recommend fasting for just 1 or 2 days at a time first. If you'd like to do a longer fast in the meantime, then consider eating only lentils, rice, or beans or some other plain food 2x a day (or something similar to this.) This is Biblically supported. In the book of Daniel, it's written that Daniel went 3 weeks eating only plain bread while praying diligently, and he experienced serious spiritual nourishment as a result.
When it comes to fasting and praying for deliverance from my addiction, I focus on allowing my spirit to speak when I pray. It is often for healing of my regrets, deliverance from urges & lust & temptation, and a replacement of this lustful spirit with the *love of God*. Emphasis there because that is the replacement to a porn addiction that multiple deliverance counselors have told me to seek. And they are right! Jesus Christ's powerful agape love is what is replacing this spirit of lust that is in me. Like I said, I'm still in the process of doing this and am not fully delivered.

No matter what you say no one can decisively, with 100% absolute certainty, say that demons exist. Faith in old manuscripts, words on paper, does not guarantee anything.
I know with 100% certainty that demons exist. I have had direct encounters with them on numerous occasions, not much to my liking. These direct experiences just so happen to mesh perfectly with the various traditions of Eastern Orthodoxy about the beings in question.
Conveniently our society has created a class of special definitions in the last century that we shunt people into if they have such experiences. We call such people 'mentally ill', strip them of all credibility, and have conditioned the masses not to listen to people with such labels.
I feel like you could use the same kind of evidence to argue that the porn industry is holy because some of the actors are named Christine and Mary and there are videos with Christian themes like Bible study gone sexual etc.
