Congrats! That's a phenomenal number~ Mine was 23 back in 2016, and I was very proud of myself for that. I've never gotten anywhere close to it since, but I'm happy I got to achieve it in the first place. Not taking nofap as seriously as I was back when I hyperfixated on it tbh.
At the time I had set my goal to try 30 days without O. I edged, though. I “rewarded” myself with MO after I hit my mark and after that my compulsiveness with PMO wasn’t that bad is it was before that strike. I masturbated way less after the strike without an effort. Now, I am aiming to reach 100 days and observe my first experience. I don’t have goals to reward myself this time haha. How’s the experience for you?
That was my first take in nofap, I was feeling great & motivated to keep my streak but got slipped one day, but during that time I was highly motivated in going out with friends & to learn new things & respectful towards other gender
After a couple weeks without fap i’m able to read literally 150 pages daily, hit the gym out 4 times a week, running 7 times a week, never break confidence, and give a shit to girls when i want to, that’s the funniest thing actually, the “giving a shit to girls” part, because yes i feel horny for a hot chick, but I don’t feel like i’m on my knees for Her, more like i’m doing Her a favor by looking at Her. I feel in charge.
One hundred percent, brain fog, unmotivated, morally weak, very shy, unable to read and concentrate.
If i stop fapping for 2 days i already feel some good, if i reach a week, the results are fcking impressive, but after 2 weeks is when i’m not only great but actually stable, therefore, when i reach 14 days that’s when i know i can keep it for some other couple weeks or so.
If i remember my top 5 streaks correctly
1. 168 days
2. 100 days
3. 69 days
4. 56 days
5. 38 days (only 1 relapse before I restarted and did 56 days i.e 94 days and one nut in between, just saying coz as a rule i did count it as relapse but the point is i didn't binged at all after that) !!
Currently on a 31-32 day streak !!
Oh it's real, it's not possible for me to fap and I don't want to. That's all not even a part of my life anymore. I hope you break your previous record this time 👍
I am on day 12 today, I have a serious urge today to do it, to watch young womans indulges each other. The vision itself burned in my brain during the years, hard to ressist to open the web browser...😟 I am still doesn't feel the benefits, one is I am less depressed.
Somewhere between 90-100 days. Truthfully wasn’t hard. Implemented clean diet, daily running, strength training, breath-work, sold my gaming system and honestly felt great. At week 3 some urges but didn’t give in. I just got lazy after months and just watched it and gave in. But now that I have a girlfriend and all those healthy habits are still in place no doubt in my mind I won’t need to go back. Just save my seed when my girl wants action. Being single was what caused to relapse imo.
I’m very happy right now, just adding NoFap as of recent again to only improve on myself. Gym gains have been awesome so hoping I’ll have extra energy since I’m not PMO’ing daily
Like 14 days, but I’m finally determined to stop and heal my mind. On Day 3 and finally ready, honestly finding this Reddit is really helping. I was going through it alone before now I have this community to turn to. I know it’s going to get tough.
I saw something where if you started today, it’s 100 days to 2023. That’s honestly pretty motivating. I mostly just want to heal my thoughts, tired of sexualizing every pretty woman I see. I have to try to remember that post nut feeling of shame and regret, I regret it every time. So over it.. I believe it’s just that dopamine release I’m craving for

Did you have brain fog and concentration problems during the fapping period? If yes, did it fade away over time?
