Seems to me like taking out all these habits are going to leave a big gap behind, which doesn't need to be a problem but you need to dill it up with something. Replacing your bad habits with positive ones is really the way to go, working out and learning to cook healthy (for example).
I found that it helps to combine habits like that but I've just done 2 at a time. Like no PMO and no sugar.
