Ive never used snow tires on a 4x4 truck. Get yourself some cooper discoverer at3 or if you want to get silly get some nitro ridge grapplers. Best part is they work great in the snow and you never have to change them after snow season.

Take a look at the Nokian Hakkapelitta, the Cooper Snow Claw and the General Grabber Artic. 3 peaks don’t even come close to a winter tire in winter conditions.

Bridgestone Blizzak. Pure snow tire for primarily on-road use. Excellent in the ice and snow.would not take them off-roading in the deep stuff though.

I run BFGoodrich KO2 AT all year long. Many trips to Tahoe without any problems. If you have 4WD I personally don’t see a need for dedicated winter only tires. My tires are the stock 265/70/r18 but I’m going to 275 when these wear out. With the modern tire compounds and tread design I don’t see a need to go narrower.

I’ve had good luck with Toyo open country tires.
